Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns & Exchanges apply at the moment only for domestic orders.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Any merchandise marked "Clearance" can only be returned for store credit. Hair accessories, opened beauty products, earrings, ear cuffs, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

 

Return

1) Start your return by filling the form

2) Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, bank account in case of C.O.D.) will require a handling & processing fee of 5 euros, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3) Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

4) Drop off the package at your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki location.

 

Exchange

Exchange of a purchased item can be made for one or more products of equal or greater value.

2) Choose one product or more.

3) You will receive a message notifying of the product/s availability. If the product/s is/are unavailable you may proceed to a return. If the product/s is/are available it/they will be held for you.

4) Exchange occurs with the courier; Upon receipt of the new parcel the old parcel is given back to the courier.

5) Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

6) Please note that YFOS covers the cost for the first exchange only. Additional exchanges are at the costumers own expense.

 

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
